"The lady at the drive through window was very rude to us, and when we asked for whip cream on our hot chocolate she gave us an attitude. Then she told us to pull forward when we weren’t even done with our order. So when we got the window the nice man let us finish our order but the lady was throwing a fit saying we can’t order at the window but we told the nice man she didn’t let us finish. When we got our order it was wrong where we had a coffee and a hot chocolate when we ordered two hot chocolates."
"the woman taking the orders was very rude and she wouldn’t let me order everything i wanted. i tried ordering at the window and she gave me a really hard time even though she wouldn’t finish my order. the man working let us finish my order even though the woman was very upset about letting us do that. then we didn’t even get the correct drinks :/"
"The woman who took my order and handed me my food provided worse service than a prison ward. Not too mention they were out of almost everything, she rudely relayed the unfortunate information that I couldn’t order half the menu. The icing on the cake was getting what was supposed to be a hot sandwich and all the items were still frozen. I understand it’s fast food but can at least make an attempt to heat it up. If the woman wasn’t so rude, I’d go back but I guess she wins and scared customers away."
"Order new brioche sandwich I got it and it was cold I went in to get another made hot. They told me that the ham is supposed to be served cold. This my first time ordering a sandwich from this place I've never had a breakfast sandwich served cold. It taste like it looks cold wet ham unmelted cheese barely warm egg plain tasting bread. There is no honey flavor at all. This sandwich is disgusting I could have made better at home. Is this how tim Horton supposed to be I don't really eat here? Also it was $22 for two sandwiches 20 timbit and a large drink."
