"Single cheeseburger was warm at best. Had difficult time with the keyfob for free jr frosty with purchase of another menu item. Manager did end up coming to the window to resolve communication issue. Auburn consulting copier repair service and sales"
"Asked for salt. Got pepper only. Asked for Mayo..they were out. How are they out of mayo??? Asked for cheese on side…and that’s missing. Asked for a burger. Didn’t get that. Every time i tried talking to the lady at drive thru, she had her back to me almost the whole time talking away from me. Fries were sitting under lamp too long. Too many mistakes and bad service…lost a customer. Don’t think they care though. Lol."
"Pulled up at 11:45 when they close at midnight. The woman on the microphone asked what she could get for us then as we started ordering literally said we are about to close soon and don't feel like making your food. I didn't know that it was cool to shut down before close? What's the point of a closing time if you can just randomly decide when you want to stop serving food. If it was a sit down restaurant and we walked in 10 minutes to close I would understand. But 15 minutes before close at a fast food restaurant. What's the point of fast food if you can't make it fast. Honestly chicken probably takes the longest and maybe 5 minutes in the fryer tops. So our food would be to us and we would be out of their hair and 11:50 and they close at midnight. Seems pretty reasonable to me. If they close at 11:45 please state that on the hours on Google and your front doors. Very poor service to be honest and would never go here again."
"I prefer to order chicken sandwiches w/ out fries and pop. My sandwich was hot, fresh and tasty. This location could use a good cleaning in the dinning area, but staff was friendly and service was prompt."
