"Every single time after a long day of deal with the intolerable, it alls goes away when I have chad or his lovely women of his take care of my order ! It never disappoints to be told he was only a shift lead was a bit heartbreaking employees like these are taken for granted and need more recognition . His lobby was spotless his employees has great service skills him himself has a great leadership skill and role. Whoever needs to see this shout to Chad & His lady we need more people like you guys dealing with customer … picky eaters such as myself"
"The manager is so nice!! My boyfriend and I had an online order, there was a couple things that were messed up with his sandwich. But it was a miscommunication through the online order and the stores system. The manager had no problem fixing his sandwich and she even offered to make the meals a combo! I will definitely be coming back! We love our local subway!"
"I didn't even stay to eat because I had such rude service. I understand that sometimes the menu changes, however, you don't inform somebody of the menu changing by aggressively telling the customer that they're wrong. She had such an attitude and felt belittled. I wouldn't have been mad had she just said oh I'm sorry we no longer ... Never have I had an encounter with such a flippant service worker. I am never going back."
