"The people at the Plainwell location are always a positive experience. Smiling and helpful. SW offers dozens of doughnut varieties of a high quality. The atmosphere is family friendly and the facility is clean and modern. My favorite doughnut is the apple fritter. It is the size of a dinner plate, a slight crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and delicious. All of these have been bringing me back for years with my kids. Please, don't change a thing!"
"They must be struggling financially. Twice now at 7am the entire case of fritters and rolls have been empty. Today nearly half the doughnut holes were empty. It’s as if they can’t afford to make sufficient supply. Last week similar issue but the two cinnamon rolls I got were extremely small, easily half the normal size. Thinking of going here? Don’t wast your time. Simply don’t go."
"Very much worth the visit! Super convenient right off a 131 exit. The building is new and clean. A HUGE selection of beautiful looking donuts - and they taste better than they look. Very delicious, soft, and tasty."
