"Terrible service. They literally guaranteed the food was right after we waited over 20 minutes when there was no one else there and completely missed 4 items. Called multiple times for 30 minutes and they refused to answer the phone. Completely ridiculous. We always have issues with this taco bell. They just don't care about customers at all. Or if they get your order right. They were more concerned about watch tiktok on their phones then doing their jobs."
"I would give no star if I could. The food is nasty and cold. It tastes like it’s been sitting all day. I ordered a cheesy fiesta potatoe and they were hard as a rock. If you call to let them know the issues they’ll just argue with you. Not long before this one closes down too."
"45 minute wait for 2 $5 boxes. They didn’t even drop the potatoes in the fryer until after they put a huge box of 20+ tacos for Doordash in front of my order. They serviced the drive thru until it was empty before they worked on my order at all. They care more about their drive thru time and door dash than anyone who came inside the restaurant, which due to the drive thru line going around the building, I thought would be faster."
"Came through here close to lunch time. One of the staff members gave a heads up that they were running on only three staff members. Setting up the expectation, was an important part of this transaction. I expected to wait much longer, but they still were very quick about their order, and it was accurate. Even better the person serving me the food in the drive-thru, Jamie, was very upbeat and making the best of it despite that they may have been short staffed. I hope the owner sees what a great crew they have."
"This place was awful. I don't have a lot of high expectations for fast food when we eat out most of the time, it is something quick and cheap. However, this place was just disgusting, and the food was awful. When asked to remake something? Because the beans were old and crunchy. They did not even make the same thing they gave back to us. Period also one of their employees was in the bathroom for probably 20 minutes. When he came out, he had his phone in his hand and earphones and his hands were still clearly dry. He had not washed them or anything. They make you get your order on the kiosk and if you try to stand in line, they do not even come out and talk to you. This place is by far the worst fast food I've had in the last 2 years, at least."
