"The food was fresh. Unfortunately they forgot my Daughter's apple juice. They also gave my Son an 8 pc. Chicken nuggets and we ordered an 8 pc. Chicken fries. The staff did apologize and seemed sincere. I would recommend that you check your food and drink before you leave the parking lot."
"Was one of two cars in the drive thru on Thursday around 5pm and the entire process took nearly 15 minutes to get my food. Had to come inside to get fries they had missed. Accidents happen. The inside is disgusting and they didn't even have cartons ready for my fries, they had to get more . Mind you I was one of three customers at the time. Nobody knows what they are doing at this place. Google asks me what I recommend so I say new management and better training"
"Last time I was here I got the original chicken sandwich. Drove back to the office to chow only to find it had zero drip time in the deep fried. Place was not busy and there was zero reason for that. Bk is dead to me"
"9-3-23 Surprised my food came so fast this morning at the drive-thru. Usually it's a very long wait. I should have known something was up, my food was lukewarm and the tater tots were soggy, no crunch. Atleast they gave me a good cup of joe and ketchup. Good breakfast, slow at the drive-thru like always on Sunday mornings."
