"Every, yes every table was dirty. My wife cleaned ours off so we could sit. The food was correct, but cold. The women's restroom was an absolute mess, and when my wife and daughter told the young man working, he needed specifics. So when she said urine all over the seat he just giggled. Didn't immediately send someone, just snickered. Will not be stopping back at this location."
"Ordered through the app and apparently store never received ticket. Showed receipt and bank transaction and store refused to make order or help in any way. Said I have to call corporate and that’s just how it is. Now I’m out money, points, food and time. Very disappointed with the customer service and their unwillingness to help do anything to help resolve this issue."
"Nice new building. Just very slow service. So slow that I had to leave and visit Culver's. I imagine the food would be good, just didn't have a chance to eat any of it. The building seemed nice and clean. No one wants to work anymore. Good luck hiring a decent worker that shows up on time and doesn't complain about having to actually work."
