"The food is great, but they can't get orders right. I understand it happens. I used to work in a restaurant. However, almost every time I go here, something's wrong or missing. I even ordered from the app this last time. It even says 4 barbeque sauce on the receipt and 4 honey mustard. Instead I got 2 honey mustard and 2 ranch! I ordered 2 sides of fries for both grandkids and got apple slices instead. I realize that doesn't sound like much, but this has happened on more than one occasion! Also the guy who handed me the food wasn't friendly. Again this isn't the first time this has happened. One time I got yelled at by a runner because I was in the "wrong spot" in drive thru even though I parked where the cashier told me to park. Like I said, the food is very good, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement."
"This is not the first time you stop. Go thru the drive thru. Order your food. Drive away. And not get part of your order. They want $16 an hour. And they can't even add a 6 piece nugget and 3 sauces to the Flippin order."
"Clean, friendly, staff working hard and gave me my order very quickly and correct. Staff took the time out of their day to lighten moods, put a smile on my face and was very professional as well. Hard to do in customer service. Thanx guys good job"
