Noodles and Company

"I have always liked this place , however tonight was really bad. Both my husbands and my noodles were soggy, like they’d been cooked several times. The color was off and broccoli sparse."

"Wish I could leave zero stars but google requires at least one star to leave a review. I work in HR and the business I represent has a monthly appreciation lunch for all of our employees which is well over 100 people, and we have kept Noodles in rotation as one of our favorite go to catering restaurant's for a few years now but unfortunately that will no longer be the case. I do not know who is in charge of this location but if you are the owner and happen to read this I would give some serious thought about the recent management change you have done. The store manager Mary has got to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in the last two years of doing business with your organization. Not only is she rude to customers and makes it very clear that we are an inconvenience for her but she will openly humiliate and belittle her staff in front of everyone. As an example the poor young lady that was working on our last catering order kept trying to do the right thing and take ownership of the problem and apologize for it taking a little longer than normal and Mary very rudely told her to stop talking to us so much and maybe it might get done faster. Most if not all of the staff are all young kids and after seeing how this location is now being ran and the way employees and customers alike are being treated it just is not something our organization can or will support any longer. Please do and show these young kids better it's already hard enough dealing with customers and pressures of the world they shouldn't have to feel humiliated and unsupported by management."

"I have a love for noodles. So I of course had to finally try this place. It's about a 45 min drive, but I had some things to do in Holland so I thought it was a good time to try it. The food is filling and delicious. I had the Wisconsin buffalo mac. But they also have different kinds of noodles such as Mediterranean dishes as well."

"Service was fast, friendly and helpful being that this was our first visit. Our order was brought out to us within 5 minutes of ordering and taking our seats (on a Friday at lunch time). Both dishes were delicious and filling. Will definitely go back to try some of the others!"
