Peppino's Pizza

"Ordered a pizza for takeout with sausage, red onion and banana peppers. I arrived 4 minutes prior to the time my pizza was promised in case they were running ahead. The attendant checked the boxes on the shelf and while doing so opened the box and proceeded to touch a piece of the pizza. Seeing this beside the non-hygienic way he used I asked if it was still hot. He stated it was and their shelf has a heater above it. I was suspicious of this but thought do I further question it or just leave with the pizza. I chose to leave and upon returning home 3-4 minutes later it was as expected cold. There were so few ingredients that no bite could savor the flavors of the combined meat, pepper and onion. Thinking of this experience I wonder what the health department would say. Needless to say Dominoes would win the pizza challenge."

"We ordered takeout. The pizza tastes like burnt and charred oven. The pizza itself wasn't burnt so I'm guessing it's from lack of proper maintenance of the pizza oven."

"First of all, thank you for being open all day on a MONDAY. Been in the Holland area for close to 20 yrs and had to finally try this spot. I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who took my order was kind and informational. Ordered a sub, cheesy bread, and a deep dish. The crust on the deep dish was flaky and crispy and so perfect. The sub was so full all the yummy toppings were spilling out which i did not expect, but I'm here for it! The cheesy bread was great with marinara, crispy and baked almost longer than my liking but still amazing! 5 stars for being on time, friendly, delicious, and reasonably priced. This might be our new go-to for pizza!"

"We are repeat customers peppinos is always our go to for party size pizzas, we are extremely disappointed with the service today. We ordered a party size pizza half pepperoni half cheese, Clearly on the receipt it shows half pepperoni the other half cheese, we got home to eat and it was all pepperoni, my boyfriend can’t eat pepperoni hence why we asked for half cheese. So we call and they say we can come pick up a new one but we did not have time to go back and get a new one so we asked if they could just honor it for another time. They said they could not do that because people abuse the system! No one is abusing anything they messed up mistakes happen but to not honor your mistake is just wrong we can’t abuse anything with obvious proof, thanks to them one person did not get to eat!!"

"We stopped to eat at this pizza place. They were polite and fast. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna along with an order of bread sticks. The bread sticks were really good. The spaghetti dishes and lasagna we're passable fast food. This would be a good place for quick takeout. We didn't try their pizzas, maybe next time."
