"It used to be good. Past 3 times I've ordered takeout, they forgot one or two of my extra side dishes I paid for. Takes extra 10 to 20 minutes for scheduled take out. 2 full slab of ribs were burnt and dry.... last time I ordered take out, they forgot 2 of the side dishes and I didn't even bother driving back to get it because wait time and not living close by was just waste of more time. They need to up their game on service and their head chef because their food isn't as good as it used to be and most of the servers care about is getting the food out fast as possible instead of checking what's packed for the order."

"Appetizer sampler was a hot mess! No bacon on the potato skins and barely any cheese. Looks like all the food was thrown on. The plate. Didn't come with the usual sour cream so I had to ask for some. The server was nice about it but was all over the place. I ordered the country fried chicken and for some reason they brought out brown gravy instead of the cream that the menu says it comes with. Food was salty. Server forgot my drink. Not going back anytime soon."

"First the girls who seat people. Won't listen to you. My husband stated we had 7 people they heard 6. They called us and we had a much longer wait. Cause they heard us wrong. And it wasn't only us. While sitting inside waiting. They're were 3 other parties that experienced what we went through. Now let's talk about the service. Food. And all of that. It's our first time going to Texas Steakhouse. And it was amazing. From the rolls to the drinks to appetizers to dinner. All amazing. And came in perfect timing of each other. All of food we ordered was amazing."

"Our waitress was new but she was really good. Very attentive and super friendly. She even laughed at our attempts to be funny. The food was good. I think next te I'd try a combo meal. The only bummer to the evening was that we ordered the steak medallions (medium) and they came out very well done. Not a problem, but it took a long time for them to bring them out correctly. The rest of the party had finished eating. When they were brought out at the same time we were asking for boxes. Not our waitress's fault, I know. Still would recommend. Can't remember our waitress's name but she was new and wore glasses."
