"Staff was very kind. I guess it’s my bad for stopping for something quick 30 mins before close on the 24th…but I’m glad I saw this and didn’t eat it."
"I pulled up to the drive thru mentioned that the last three or four times that I ordered clams they were really over cooked. So, I tried to ask nicely to have them done to a light brown or definitely not over cooked. When the lady passed me the bag and I went to look at them the lady closed the window and it was apparent she was trying to ignore me. I called nonamswer, i went back through drive thru and I never heard her voice answer me. I do not think I will return to this location again. Poor service and customer satisfaction. Sad to see a good business loose customers. Me for one."
"Ordered the family meal and with the fish and chicken. Brought home to eat and everything tasted the same. Couldn’t tell what was fish or what was chicken. Need to change the grease out more often and not cook the chicken/fish in the same oil. Something was off. Definitely won’t be going back to the Muskegon location."
"Always loved LJS food. And will keep eating their food bc I love it. What stops me from going often is the rude employees, and the state of the restaurant. It seriously needs a make over, and maybe they'll get more business."
