"Called in for a takeout order, was promptly asked to hold, waited 10 minutes on the phone and the same gal re-answered the phone and was surpised I was still on the line. I had ordered the Chicken Flautas for lunch, it was my first time ordering from this particular location. I went to pick up my order and waited in a seemingly empty restaraunt with quite a few employees sitting around folding silverware into napkins and/or chatting with coworkers and playing cards, I waited another 10-15 minutes, nobody came to help me until I stared pacing around impatiently. Finally a gentleman from the back of the restaraunt noticed me and slowly made his way up to the counter to see if I needed help. I paid for my meal and left a generous tip hoping for the best based on others reviews. This is some of the most domesticated mexican food I have ever had in my life, every person posting raving reviews of this place hates spice, hates flavor, and hates authenticity. My dutch grandmother made more flavorful Flautas, unfortunate considering I had high hopes. My first ever experience was likely my last, if you like basic this is your go to, otherwise I advise you avoid it."
