"There’s nothing like being served your food by an employee that is covered in pet hair! That was gross! I understand I have cats myself but have enough common sense to clean the cat hair or dog hair off your clothing before you come to work. The fact that the management allowed him to work with pet hair all over him is beyond inappropriate as well. I will also mention this employee appeared to be high as a kite as well! Just saying….."
"I hit the Whitehall BK for a quick Double Cheese the other day when I was feeling a little peckish. Now, I think we all know that fast food burgers rarely, if ever, look like the creations the chains love to show in their television ads, let alone deliver on the juicieness and flavor the ads imply. However, this time, this BK delivered! I placed my order, and while I waited, I had a very nice chat with the manager, an older gentleman (okay, my age) about the weather and how business was. Before I knew it, I was out the door, brown paper bag in hand, and rolling SB on 31. Digging into the bag, I'm not expecting anything more than basic sustenance, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised when I unwrapped my sandwich! Rather than a crushed, wimpy excuse for a burger, I held in my hand a soft, fluffy bun with 2 juicy meat patties, melted cheese, and just the right amount of ketchup and mayonnaise. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Kudos BK, nicely done!"
"It's BK, so don't expect much of you'll be let down. I'm not saying it's horrible, it's just not great. I don't mind eating there from time to time for something relatively quick and affordable. I always use the drive thru, so I don't know whether the store is clean or not."
"Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I know I should have left @ 5 minutes. Go inside and the guy working the register was rude not even a thank you after I ordered. All but 2 employees were outside just hanging out with friends in a vehicle. Won't be visiting this burger king again. Not one person in the drive thru or inside ordering."
"The chicken sandwiches were not quite right.......my boyfriend said one was too greasy and I took 2-3 bites of the other one and I felt it tasted somewhat fishy or that it had been cooked in spent fryer oil. Other than that, everything was good and I'm sure this isn't a common occurrence. Just felt it should be mentioned for future reference."
