"Went there the day before, met a very helpful person who told me if the parts didn't fit, I could return them. The next day, I tried to return them but ran into the manager who gave me nothing but grief. After she gave me a very hard time I got my refund."

"We purchased 2 of their store brand kayaks (same boat as a Perception Tribe). Got a great deal on Black Friday and picked them up in-store. It was about 24* and nearing closing time, but the staff was friendly and even helped me load these on top of my SUV. Super nice folks and great products. Can't wait to get these in the water (in a warmer climate, of course)!"
"Good for the basics if need anything technical better off ordering it online. It will arrive sooner and you can save yourself a trip between ordering it and having to go back to pick it up. Call first if you do order to make sure its in as the date given may not actually be the correct delivery date."
