The manager, I presume, even had the nerve to pull the sale prices off the shelf in front of me, stating, “Here, let me help you” after I questioned the fact they were not honoring the posted price. I’ll never go back."
"There was this one lady with glasses that was being rude to my 9 year old sister. All my sister said was can you get that toy from the top shelf, she looked at her co worker and she’s like what toy in a rude attitude."
"Horrible. There was an ad for 2/$8 fleece sweats and when I got there not only did the staff know nothing about the ad the manager had to call to confirm ad. Pamela the manager was in Holland from Fennville and she was exceptionally rude! I was charged $10.60!!! Terrible experience."
"With great prices and great deals Family Dollar as a corporation is wonderful. As far as the store goes it's customer service is wonderful but the shelving is often missing stock. This is not the workers fault but due to the lack of workers so if you need a job I would suggest this place. Also the management is often if not rude, at least indifferent to making the store and the experience better. Love you workers of Family Dollar management please be friendlier to your customers."
"2nd time i came rushing to get diapers from family dollar and doors are locked before 10pm. So can we please post correct closing hours so I'm not wasting gas for no reason?! Unless you guys are gonna give me gas money for following your incorrect hours posted?! I even finished my post at the time their suppose to close. All im asking is consistency please and thank you!"
