"Was waiting at the gun counter for 15 minutes and never acknowledged. Employee was going back and forth between helping customer with registration and unpacking a box. Another employee came there and used phone to help a customer, then was standing next to other talking. They had both looked at us, but never said one word! Not hi, not be with you shortly, nothing. After 15 minutes walked out and drove to Cabelas, made purchase, and had great customer service."

"Would have loved information on basketball hoops since 90% of them had no price listed but instead store employee walked over to yell at my kids for bouncing a ball on the floor and didn’t even bother to ask if we needed help. Then as I’m checking out the cashier screamed in my face so loud, at two people across the store, to stop punching the punching bags. Apparently don’t go here if you actually want to try out something or need any help."
