So apparently - we don’t stock socks for women. But also the most popular size is the one that no one is buying… Pay attention to what your customers buy and adjust your stock accordingly."

"I had purchased a Lews Mach crush bait caster combo on August 8th. When I went to line it, I had noticed that the spool tension knob was missing. I returned the combo August 10th at 7:45pm. I saw one of the employees showing the reel to the manager and pointing out the missing part making the reel useless without it. At 8:43pm that same evening a friend of mine sent me the attached picture. It was back on the shelf already at the store!! They knowingly put this useless rod/reel combo back out for someone else to buy it! Very unethical and wrong. Stay away from this place."
"I came to this location with a unique repair for the golf shop to evaluate. The associates, most notably their expert Bob, were very helpful and accommodating and took on the challenge. Throughout the process I was able to interact with several members of the store's management team. Danielle was helpful and understanding throughout the process and when I picked up the repaired club, Jeremy was very positive and professional. These folks work very well as a team to create positive experiences and repeat customers! Thanks!"
