"Terrible customer service. Tried asking questions about welding gas tank exchanges and the guy started getting impatient with me and had some attitude. After all that informed me I can’t exchange my tanks unless it’s their brand. (Most all welding and torch gas tanks are physically the same, so no real reason for this policy) needless to say I rarely go there to begin with, but now I know why. Always a pain."
"Initially my visit to tractor supply was okay. I purchased a safe for $ 500 plus tax for my parents that they found in Tractor Supply. Within 30 days this same safe was on sale for $399 at tractor supply. I contacted the company and asked if they'd honor the sale price since it was within 30 days and it's an item that's too heavy for my parents/anyone to physically return. We were instructed to dispute the charge and provide documentation/sales add and receipts which we provided and tractor supply refused to honor the new lower price. Under the 30 day price protection program Tractor Supply has if you find an item elsewhere within 30 days of your purchase your eligible for a price match. I don't understand why they wouldn't honor their policy in regards to their own price drop. Other stores in the area do this. Dunhams, Cabela's.. This was very disappointing. We won't be shopping at the Tractor Supply again"
"Very happy with this store. The service is very personalized. I find it very easy to get in the store and get out with what I want at a good price. Ask for Jack if you want some first class customer service. He lifted my heavy bags of rock (23 of them!!!) and he helped the check out person check me out correctly. He was courteous and organized. Very satisfied with my experience at Tractor Supply!"
"In 21 degree weather, Hannah says she can’t fill out propane tank.! But they advertise that they fill propane.! Is this false advertising.?? Or does Hannah not know how to operate the tank.? We fill it here all the time and we’re told “not tonight” “tomorrow she can” but “not tonight!”"
