"I love this store because of Steven !! Make sure you don’t ask Ashley to help you out she is unprofessional and rude !! I was told I could exchange something when I came back into the store because I came back three time and spent my hard working money there to buy items from Steven I always pawn my ring and get a certain amount ashley decided that she would offer me $100 dollars less then I usually get my fiancé buys all my jewelry from there and we have always use this store to pawn ! She laughs at my face after insulting me ! She was very immature and also she is racist. I seen her offer the lady next too me $10000 dollars for her stuff and I fill it was because she was the color she was ! I’m a manager and I know what customer service means too everyone too a company people that go too the pawn shop already are feeling some type away because they’re going through a hardship in life and have to pine their items that they do not want to pine just to make it through in life and when you go in there in you have to pawn your items .That’s what pawn shops are there for to make you situation better . No customer should be laughed at and too top of off offer some Ridiculous amount to pawn . I just want cash American too know that Ashley does not belong at your store there is nothing funny about having a hard time in life and having too take what you love and pawn it . There is nothing easy about that to be treated like that is ridiculous and that is what’s wrong with the world today there is no customer service and then you have disrespectful people like that that does have a job that they do not deserve and treat people the way they treat people. I am so sad that i can’t go there to buy or pawn anymore!"
