"We took a private lesson with Andrea. Wow! So nice and knowledgeable! My wife had never handled a gun before, and Andrea made her comfortable after just a few rounds. Not only did she explain what to do, she explained the reasoning behind the techniques and tricks. The store is nice and clean and offers all sorts of accessories. Another bonus is that Andrea made sure we were able to try several different handguns, which really helped in making our decision for our next purchase. "The beginner handgun training was a great refresher on handling a gun, safety and rules to follow and finish up with firing on the range to put what you learned to practice. It's up to you what you do afterwards if you want sharpen your skills. Mikle "Gunny" Brown was my instructor and I would put my safety under his watch any day. He maybe a bit much for some people, but he's thorough in teaching you as much as possible and doesn't mind if you ask him questions. You get a real sense of the responsibility when you're handling a gun and the tasks that others expect of you to be aware of your actions. Safety is a top priority"

"Very Pleased. I had been out of shooting environment for about 20 years and stopped in about purchasing a new home protection gun. Greeted nicely and respectively. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpfully. Came back a few days later and purchased a G19. Sale went very smooth. Now I am shopping for a new gun for wife. The G19 was a little large for for hands, so I brought her in a very nice female (Andrea) helped us with different selections. Andrea pointed her toward S&P 380 EZ. Wife fell in lone with it. Prices are very reasonable. Note: Sales associates do not work on commission so they will not you push toward a product that only makes them a paycheck. Overall first class experience."

"I went to this location for my ccw on 1/6/23. Andrea the instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable. She taught me good techniques on how to handle the firearm. It was only 6 of us in class but it was very fun and informative. She very helpful during the 2hrs of range time and answer all my question I had during the shooting portion of the class and even helped me get cleaning supplies after class . I highly recommend going to Cincinnati west location for the ccw class."
