They reset the rings and cleaned it to look like 1 brand new ring, size and soldering was perfect! 10x prettier than before! "Zero stars if I could. Visited the Sharonville location July 2023 for the first time in my life. I no sooner made it over the threshold and the lady behind the counter asked me to come back the next day because they were closing in 20 minutes. No friendly greeting...just "You will need to come back tomorrow." I told her that I was just going to look at their collection, and that I wasn't going to buy anything. She again told me to leave and come back another day, because there were only two people running the store and they were closing in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I will never again visit any of their stores."
