"Today is november 28 2023 I called up there exactly at 5:40 pm To ask how much my balance is due and when it needed to be paid. He told me to hold one so which I did? I was on hold all the way until 6 o'clock, which they came back to the phone and hung up and then refused to answer the phone. After having me on, hold for more than 20 minutes, very disrespectful."

"I was in a tough spot needed some money, i pawned a stihl 661 chainsaw and a 261, both about brand new, about 2000$ worth of chainsaws, all they would give me towards them for pawn was $250, I made a monthly payment, and when I called to go pick them up, they said that they think they had been forfeited. I said I never received notice in the mail and which I did not because I have every piece of mail that I’ve received for the past six months, they also said they called I may have missed the call but regardless, there was no notice sent in the mail and they said they had sold my chainsaws within less than a week and I will bet you they got a pretty, friggin penny for them also, givin the fact they only gave me 250$ one would think they would of been a bit more Lenient since I did make the first payment thinking something may of been wrong, the place is a dump, complete rip-off so don’t do it, stay clear of all pawn shops if possible in my opinion and certainly this place Colrein Ohio location."
"I pawned my firearm and when I went to get it back the manager kept my ID. I went in on March 3rd. Today is March 14th and I still don't have it. I called around and every place told Me the law is 72 hours or 5 business days apparently. When I mentioned this to the manager she hung up on me. I wonder how long she'll keep my firearm for. I have a clean record. I already passed a check at another store. This is ridiculous."
