"Bull **** those current workers who examine jewelry don't KNOW how or WHAT they are doing not experienced @ ALL, Don't GIVE A Care about customerS merchandise. They damaged my white gold cluster DIAMOND Ring bringing the value completely DOWN, to top it off they didn't have me inspect my ring before the buy back exchange. It wasn't appreciated because I would've told them to keep it, I would not have bought that ring back, or the interest on it should've been return to me, management will be informed to rectify these damages."

"My first impression of this location was not very good . The staff seemed rude and were not very helpful but I think it must have been a bad day it was close to closing time and they where a little busy . Since my first encounter I have returned to this shop on three or four other occasions and total 180 the entire staff has been very helpful and friendly they may not pay exactly what you want but they do seem to try and do something for you and if they think you can get a better deal elsewhere they will say so and refer you to who they think can give you a better price for your item I highly recommend this location if you are in need of quick cash for gold or firearms tools or electronics they will help you out"

Maybe you should consider changing that or at least consider giving them some pointers on good customer service ."
