"I was at that location in price hill on glenway ave and wow what can I say besides it was a terrible experience. I walked in and the store was not clean at all, I was looking for a printer and I found one it was on the shelf and everything had a price tag on it as well. I went up to the front to check out and I was waiting for a good 5 minutes to check out. As I was waiting one of the managers came up to the cashier and told us that we can’t buy this because it not for sale. I looked at the manager and said really it was in the shelves and it has a price tag so how is it not for sale? He did not have a good reason at all he just kept saying he can’t sale it. I said well that’s crazy because if it’s on the shelves then you should be able to sale it. He just kept getting rude and disrespectful. I was so mad I told them that the only reason he won’t sale it is because he found out that he came with cartridges for the printer and he found out that it was in good condition and he wanted it for him self. This place is a joke and you should not go and spend your money there."

"I dislike this location it used to be nice and friendly. Most of the staff are, but one manager with a poor attitude ruined my experiences here. It could also use a good remodeling or deep cleaning"

"For the most part very friendly on the visits I had. Slow on getting to customers and helping them, and they are decent on prices with pawn at times and sometimes they don't want to give you anything for items worth something, but all in all a 4 star cause I had decent experience with my visits."

"Came in, waited in line for 10 minutes and asked the clerk if there were any Nintendo switches for sale. He says yes and directs my attention to a shelf full of them behind the counter. I asked to see one thinking he would follow me down to where they were but instead he stood at his register and decided to help the next person. I asked to see one again but was looked at like I just sprouted a third arm out of my forehead. I guess no one taught the employees there how to sell? I came ready to spend money. I just walked out and laughed. The 2 employees working are either complete morons or just extremely unprofessional. Either way makes no difference to me, taking my business elsewhere. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same, you'll have a much better day."

"Not a bad place. I purchased my TV from here. It lasted me 3 plus years. Service can be a little slow at times and there parking lot can be tight. I wish they would have more space for parking available."
