"Wanted to add TMobile internet to my existing TMobile phone service. Walked into this store and was assisted by AJ. He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Made everything easy. Walked out within about 20 minutes with the TMobile plug and play unit. AJ primed everything for me so that when I went home, I plugged the unit into the wall, searched for the network on my laptop, entered its password and was up and running. Doesn't get much better than that. Thanks, AJ. Very good experience!"
"My family and I decided to visit T-Mobile out of curiosity one day. A friend had told us they were the best phone service and I thought it was a joke. The employee that helped us was named Aniyah. She was very sweet and was very knowledgeable about the services and offers provided by T-Mobile. She even showed us some other electronic sold at the store. I got to see her work with other customers as well. Some seemed to be regulars by the way she spoke with them. Even though we ended up not joining T-Mobile she still left a great impression on us. A friend of mine ended up joining (they worked with Aniyah as well) and I honestly would like to join in the future. Aniyah is a great worker and shes very convincing too."
"Traded my iPhone 13 in for the newer 15 model and learned a lot of updated information pertaining to Apple from the well informed associate Miss Aniyah. We will buy all of our phones with her and will definitely come to this store for any issue that may arise and all of our gadget needs.
