"I purchased an airbag for my truck. It was the wrong one I brought it back to return it and the gentleman at the desk found a small ding in the bottom of the plate which matched 4 other dings that were done by the manufacturer in the stamping, and because of this, he refused to do an exchange. So I purchased the bag that I needed. And I told him he would never see my business again. We're not a large company by no means. But we do have 7 trucks that need repair often. From now on, I will stick with Napa and truck pro."

After his turn, I went to talk with the seller (#3418) and he was talking to me very rude because I look like an immagrant even though I am an American and I have been living here for a long time. The seller was being very rude and mocking me when I was talking to him and asking me to spell out what I was saying even though I was talking to him clearly and normally... The customer service here is terrible and I suggest anyone reading this to go to a different store."
