"Horrible experience placing and verifying order. Would not answer our calls only communication was via email. Not a way for a business this size to operate! Very poor online customer service!! If we could’ve got the parts elsewhere we definitely would’ve. When we arrived to pick up the parts everyone was nice, they need to extend that courtesy to their online customers. Definitely a company that sends out mixed signals!"

"Rude Service Members, Claimed to have parts but actually did not. Mislead me into making an appointment by assuring me they had the recall part for my verhicle. Made me drop off my vehicle and take time from my work day only for them to give my vehicle back after making me wait for an hour in their garage after DOING NOTHING to my vehicle. No one was available to get my keys from their service team and ended up wasting even more time after I signed the completed work order just standing doing nothing. The poor lady at the desk was even on her break and had to do it while on break. While leaving a member of their team harassed me in my vehicle and was rude beyond belief, putting him in an unsafe position as I was trying to leave and trying to not hit him with the vehicle while shouting at me. Do not go here. Do not give them your money. Go somewhere else. My entire family is Chevy but these people make me want to go Ford."

"I called and talked to the parts department to order a part for my car and they told me they had it in stock. 30 minutes later, I showed up to pick it up and they told me that they didn't have the part I just called in. I tried explaining to them that I just called 30 minutes ago and they said that they had it, but none of them seemed to care and just started ignoring me. I felt like no one there cared about there job and they were very unprofessional. I will definitely not go back to them in the future."

"I ordered a part before realizing there was a fix. I called and asked the order be put on hold as I wanted to make sure the fix worked. I got the 'ok' then the part was delivered anyway. Watch out for these guys... they have a 15 day return policy which is not clear when you submit a return request on their site. Also charged me a 'core fee' which was not on the invoice!"
