"The FedEx guy showed up & pick up my package. There was nothing outstanding about the experience or what he did. I was a bit concerned because I didn’t get any kind of notification that it was picked up for about 24 hours. I was a bit disturbed that a pickup receipt was not issued nor did I get an email for about 24 hours of the packages status. I was concerned because it was a handgun in the box going to the factory for service. I didn’t want to tell him & he didn’t ask what was in it. Telling exactly what was in it without a pickup receipt wouldn’t be wise. It did arrive at its destination & it did have to be signed for but until that happened I was still a bit on edge. All is well though. I would use this service again having them pick up at my home."

"FedEx is horrible and I will never use them again. No one knows what they're talking about. I went to my local store in Middletown ( Walgreens )and I was sent to West Chester and then to Walgreens on route 73 and then to a FedEx store in Centerville Ohio. Everyone gave me a different answer saying they could not send my package or scan the label for my package to be delivered to spectrum cable and that they didn't have a contract with spectrum which this is not true... I was told this a couple of times. The next day I called the West Chester store and the lady there told me I had to go to UPS. So I went to UPS they told me they couldn't do spectrum but they were nice enough to print out the label and to put it on the package and sent me to the original place that I went to the first time that being Walgreens. It was there that they scanned it and sent the pkg on its way. FedEx definitely needs to train their employees far better than what they do because it cost me 5 to 6 hours to mail this package. FedEx will never, ever get my business unless I absolutely have to use them as I did in this case. For my personal use, I'll stick with UPS. FedEx you stink and that's an understatement!"

"They claim to be a fedex store but have no fedex supplies so could not send anything here. Absolute joke"

"Ordered product that was given to someone else. It did not belong to them they didn't even check to make sure that it was the right person. They gave away something for my daughters graduation gift to some stranger and walked off. Thanks for the poor quality in your shipping dept. They didn't even knock on the door and I was at home when it happened."
