Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Normally I would give it a four or five star review but tonight you all really dropped the ball. Never door dash from here. Everytime I’ve dashed from here I’ve had negative experiences. Tonight I got a burrito bowl , it was supposed to have white rice, steak, red sauce, and queso. I paid extra to get it here quicker, and I tipped the dasher heavily. Unfortunately when it arrived I opened it and half the bowl was empty, there was no rice, no red sauce ,no queso , and it was smothered in sour cream which I did not order! The dasher was polite and they did not tamper with it . I’m heavily disappointed in them. When I go in the store it’s typically a pleasant experience, but don’t recommend door dashing from here. They don’t bother to get the orders correct and usually the portions are terrible!"

"Ordered online and picked up from drive thru, worker looked stressed so I'm trying to be understanding. Waited in line for 10 minutes, my drinks were filled up half way and soda was all over the cups and straw. I ordered a kid's quesadilla and instead of getting 2 plain tortillas i got one filled with cheese and a mystery meat, chips were stale, and i got no napkins or forks. they were also out of the vinaigrette."

"Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening and they were busy. The staff was hustling and could hardly get a break but everyone was very pleasant and gave excellent service and even if they were all tired, none of the customers could tell. I love Chipotle and have gone to many different locations, by far this was my favorite and just wished I lived closer. The only downfall to them being so busy, they couldn't keep up with cleaning the tables in the dining room area but that didn't keep us from making the best of it. Good job to the staff that worked last night (11/4/2023)."

"I ordered a salad and there was almost no lettuce. The amount of lettuce given could barely be considered a topping. It's a salad. It should be 50-75% lettuce. If I wanted a burrito bowl, that's what I would have ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. Do the employees making these not eat salads? At least they put the side of dressing in the bag this time."

"This has been the worst Chipotle I’ve been too. My quesadilla was 8.95, more than a chicken bowl just for a mediocre serving of cheese! I asked to get more and they said that was the portion for a quesadilla. Also my chicken was super burnt. Chipotle was my first job and I’m beyond disappointed on their lack of care for food quality."
