Donatos Pizza

"Doordash Driver shows up with no change(I did not order from doordash.)and just expects to keep 15$ in Change as tip on a 21$ order. Call to ask the store about it and they say I should just use my credit card and not pay with cash. And give them my card number over the phone and they can send my food back. That is terrible service and management."

"Order 4 large pizza's at 8:26pm and the person that took my order said the order wold be delivered at 9:05pm. I waited till 9:30pm and called the store and the food just left the store. So I waited for 35 more minutes still no order. So I called the store again and ask for the Manager. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back to the phone. I finally got my order at 10:05pm still on hold. My wife checked the food and all 4 pizza's was cold. I was unable to reach anyone from the Middletown Donatos. I will not Order from them again due to the Manager not willing to talk to a customer, but willing to leave them on hold till they close for the night. Fill like calling the better business bureau on that location."

"Took me 3 1/2 hours and three phone calls to get my order delivered to me. Then when finally delivered the order was dried out, cold and was not corrrect. Terrible terrible service ! Will never ever order at the Roosevelt Blvd location ever again."

"The pizza was the best one I've had in a very long time. The employees were very friendly courteous accommodating etc. I would highly recommend this place with one exception. It could use a good cleaning especially the restrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful."

"I came in on Friday to pick up my order I placed online. The pizza was ready shortly after I arrived but they hadn’t seen the cheese bread on the ticket so they had to start it after the pizza was already ready. The pizza didn’t look like I expected, it was supposed to be bacon, pineapple and hot honey drizzle but there were hardly any toppings and by the time I got it out to my car, after waiting for my cheese bread it was cold. While I was in the store waiting, the employees were having inappropriate conversations that everyone in the store (myself and several other customers waiting on orders) could clearly hear. An associate in the back kept saying how everyone could hear her and she kept saying she didn’t care. She also was on her phone texting and couldn’t even look up or get off her phone while she was cashing me out for my pizza. To make all of this worse, I contacted customer service from the parking lot. I wrote a long comment explaining all of this and called the 1-800 number trying to speak to someone because needless to say I was extremely uncomfortable in that store and didn’t want to talk to anyone at store level, anyway, it’s now after close of business on Monday and I have not been contacted. Absolutely nothing went right in this visit and customer service appears to be non-existent. I don’t order from Donato’s often, I actually came here for the hot honey and I won’t be back, ever…. The picture is of the pizza that I didn’t eat because it didn’t have any toppings, it should have had pineapple and bacon, the entire thing was cold and like I said, it was supposed to have hot Honey drizzle and I didn’t taste any really…"
