Domino's Pizza

"Got a hand tossed pizza with. pepperoni and Italian sausage ..on there special ..for 6.99!! Ordered it .to pick it up ..I have no complaints ..the pizza was great as well as the people that worked there ..they were very nice !!! To deal with ...."

"This was seriously the spot for my family for a long time, until I canceled an order because neighbors I was unfriendly with were moving out. I called and asked that the order time be pushed back and they said no problem, but after the probably 2 hours the swing on sight neighbors had still yet to move anything into the uhaul so we canceled wishing to avoid confrontation. We placed a similar order much later that night after calling to cancel the order, but never received a refund for the canceled order. Talked to 2 different people who said it was probably due to the then holiday weekend and to wait a week and see if it hit but it never did, it was roughly 50 bucks. The second time I asked was probably 4 weeks later and the lady said my bank refused the refund, and when I called the bank they had no idea what I was talking about. We literally got domino's every payday as a lil treat but not after that. Staff is great, and always very helpful, my complaint is solely with whoever is in charge of refunds at a corporate level"

"Ordered online. Paid $5 extra for delivery. Pizza sat done on the website tracker for 45 min. Pizza and other items delivered cold and they forgot items. Driver said they were overworked and left. We called and was told if we wanted our items " that we paid for " as well as a service " delivery " that we needed to come and get it. . If no stars was an option I would of picked that.your system is broken. Fix your business."

"Don’t get me wrong The customer service is great but the inconsistent orders of making them wrong or overcooking them has been consistent paying over $30 for an order. Think things should be right the first time. But a reminder the management is perfect and they provide great customer service I just hate waiting till the next time And next time for them to possibly get it right and maybe get it wrong"

"Eating here is a toss up. Although each and every time I order I have to ask for extra sauce. I don’t mean like I want sauce dripping down my shirt amount, but I do want to taste it in a steak hoagie and I want sauce in a chicken Alfredo. I am not sure who has told these poor cooks they can only use 1 tbsp of sauce on the sandwich but it’s so utterly inconvenient to place your order online then have to wait for 20 min when you call in afterwards to ask for the extra sauce. My dominoes will know this is me they even have a permanent note on my file that still doesn’t work. I always tip 30% or more. I know it’s not the drivers fault, but what has happened is I use to order all the time. Now I only order once every 6 to 8 weeks. This is on dominos fault. I never once have asked for a comped meal or anything. Just wanted food made right. You all have a good night oh hey…. As for the staff y’all are great! If it weren’t for you guys I wouldn’t ever order there."
