"Picked up the pizza for a group event. It was actually ready earlier than expected. Once at the party it was still hot and fresh and to be honest is much better than dominoes or little Caesars!!"
"I called to and ask them not to put pepperchonies in the pizza boxes that we had some one allergic to them. We can’t get delivery in our area so we have to do a pick up. They had pepperchonies wrapped in foil separate then they put one unwrapped pepperchoni in each box! Those boxes should’ve been double checked so no pepperchonies were not in the boxes or at least a note or a sticker saying no pepperchonies!!!"
"Order on app and had a 54 mins to over an hour wait. That's fine. Understand it's the weekend, but when I called and to check status on my order. It says what time it's going to be ready. Walked in, I got skipped in line while waiting patiently. Watching the girl sneezing on my pizza and not using gloves while preparing my 4 large pizza. Dough probably been sitting on the counter the whole time. As I'm asking the guy why my pizzas aren't ready. The girl wanted to get mouthy with me about my order. Like I did something wrong here. So no thank you. I will take my service somewhere else. Or better yet call the health department because they don't use gloves when preparing food and sneezing on peoples food"
"So before even talking to someone in the store I talked to someone who just took orders over the phone that does not work at the physical store. After the person “took my order” the lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude. I understand if there is mis communication between the ordering staff and the store but she didn’t have to act like we were stupid for not understanding why this location did not order to Middletown when the store is in Middletown. Terrible customer service did not care about the order or anything. I do not recommend…. PS. Thanks for the sass."
"I had 2 steak and cheese papadias delivered and what a fricken mistake! Next time I will just go to store and buy loaf of bread!!!!!! Had to give 1 star but didn’t want to give that!!"
