"I had a safe moved into my house from the store. First, they didn't even have any runners to protect the floor from a 4-500 lb safe. Let me add that there was NO damage to the floors but it really surprised me. When they asked if they could bring it thru the front door instead of the side, I said 'whatever is easier for you. I had no idea that bringing it in the front door involved backing their truck on to my still-wet lawn. The lawn was Rut City when they left. He DID offer to come back and spread some dirt for me, but by that time I was so discouraged that I didn't want to even talk about it. I paid him and sent him on his way."
