"The staff was kind, food was made quickly and the restaurant was clean. I was just not happy with the quality of the sandwiches. Was to have cheese on them, did not see or taste any cheese. Mine was to have i think Italian dressing on it. But it was super dry. Did have mayo...but still super dry. Not the kind of sandwich we like. Will not be back."
"I've gotten Jimmy Johns multiple times in the past but I've never had them deliver it. I ordered through doordash with specific instructions on where to leave my order. There are 2 doors to my apartment and the front door is facing the main road with no parking, just some steps from the sidewalk. I asked the deliverer to "Drop it off at the back door please. Not the door facing the main road but the back door with the parking and garages." When the food was delivered, there was no notification and the food was delivered to the front door. The problem with this is I have my front door blocked off with shelves because my husband and I don't use that door at all. So I had to walk around my building to get my food. The food was prepared right and tasted amazing. It's just very frustrating that they didn't follow the instructions that I left for them. Food was 5/5 stars though."
