"We have always liked East of Chicago until tonight. My husband placed an order for pizza at 9pm. The person(she) answered the phone and asked about the pizza we ordered because it went through on our card. He even gave her the order number and she insisted they never got the order because they closed at 9pm. He asked her then how was he going to get the charges removed from his card. That's when she said we never got your order, we are closed, and I can't help you and HUNG UP ON HIM!!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. If SHE was a manager, Corporate should fire her!!"
"If you're looking for a place that can consistently deliver a pizza two hours after you order it, this is the place. You don't even have to call and check the status of your delivery. But, if you do, they'll always be there in any minute. They don't say which minute, so I can't say they're wrong."
"I just waited an hour and 30+ minutes for my order of a medium one topping pizza. I called the store after an hour and 20 min to see where it was. The worker who answers the phone isn’t even phased when i tell them how long it’s been and that I’m still waiting. All she said was “it’s just now leaving and will be their soon” not a sorry, nothing. After waiting an hour and a half i got a cold, not even properly cut, mess of a pizza. This was my favorite place to get pizza from but after this experience and lack of care from the store. I think I’ll be done with them."
