"You will not find a human to talk to if you go inside. You can see them in the back, many will make eye contact with you, but no one will come to the counter or the pick up window to help you. I ordered online to eat inside and pick up at the window. The food was already at the window, so that was a plus. They gave us the wrong sauces and there were no straws anywhere. Not a big deal, but I stood at both the pick up window and the counter for a long time, with employees looking at me many times but no one coming out. If I hadn't ordered online, I'm not sure I would have ever been waited on inside. The place is super clean though and the layout is really nice. The food is average. Maybe drive thru is the way to go?"

"Service is slow and they hardly understand English. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before I was even noticed. I heard an employee tell a customer to slow down it's almost time for her to go home. She wasn't worried about the customer she just wanted to wait her time out so she could leave."

"Fries and husband's burger were hot. My chicken sandwich was barely warmer than room temperature. I returned it, and they did make a fresh one. Nuggets weren't hot either. We just ate them anyway..."

"There is NO EXCUSE for the terrible service and terrible food as this is a brand NEW location and already it's failing. We went there today for lunch. A person took our order and kept getting it wrong by putting a small fry on our order when we wanted medium. It took several tries and then she got it. However, when we arrived home and I took our food out of the bag to eat, our sandwiches looked like someone had sat on them and flattened them to a thin pancake. My husband ordered a triple cheeseburger and it resembled a sandwich only half that size and I ordered a McDouble and it resembled a 65 cent single cheeseburger. When I went to take a bite, I noticed it was chewy like beef jerky so I flipped off the bun and the picture says it all. It was burnt to a nasty crisp, JET BLACK to say the least and was quite nasty. The inside of the restaurant is not much better either as tables rarely get cleaned off and the floor is a mess! YOU REALLY NEED TO CLEAN UP YOUR ACT. I will no longer visit this location!"

"McDonalds food cooked and prepared perfectly both times I’ve been at the 5th street location. The Big Mac was fresh and the person preparing the sandwich prepared it to look and taste like a Big Mac should. Finally, someone takes pride in their work. Thank You!"
