"Called to have a delivery and was told they don’t deliver to our address, but did deliver 4 weeks before? Not sure why they wouldn’t deliver again and we only live 2 miles from the store. Guess they have too much business so I called the competitor and they were happy to take our order. By the way their competitor is less than a block away from their store."
"Recently, we ate in this restaurant. We only wanted water to drink. We were charged $2.19 per 22 oz cup for water. When I asked, I was told that management said they couldn't just be giving away cups. But there was no sign and the lady who took our order didn't tell us about it. Good job, management, for putting your staff in a poor spot due to your greediness and poor decisions."
"Last evening I ordered a large the works pizza and full order of breadsticks. We have never received bad food here. Last night it was awful! The pizza stuck to the paper, and it was cold! The green peppers appeared to be put on after the pizza was baked and they were large chunks. The breadsticks we didn’t eat because the bottoms were burnt and the breadstick was hard . I hope this was a one time mistake because we really like this place."
"I had to at least put 1 star to comment. We got a medium cheese pizza and a Big Don sub Italian with sausage. I drove 20 miles to and from. The pizza was burnt. The sub looked ok just to look at it. I called and them the person on the phone. She was the bestvpart of the experience her name was MacKenzie. She was very pleasant and professional. Credited me for another pizza. Then I ate the sub. It had no Italian dressing onit and tasted metallic. Worst food ever"
"Went to get donatos for the second or third time in Marysville, horrible experience. Happened the last time we ordered too just not as bad. Waited over an hour for our food, and our remade food. Only for them to mess it up a second time. Service was terrible. Manager Dante was rude, clerks at the windows were rude. I don’t know how much worse of a pizza place you could go to. Phone lines disconnected to avoid incoming calls, drive through was wrapped around the building."
