Pizza Hut

"Ordered 2 medium pizza for the first time since the big covid scare. Based on past experience, I ordered extra sauce on both. Still had dry pizza. I ordered a pan style for the supreme and hand tossed for the pep and cheese. The pep was pan style and the supreme was hand tossed….. wrong! The supreme barely hand toppings. The person who took my order wven repeated it back to me correctly. So no sauce hardly let alone extra as ordered. Very few toppings, and crusts wrong. 3 strikes. You’re out. We have avoided pizza hut because of sry pizza for along time. We gave you another chance and you failed. You dont get three chances. Way to many good pizza places in marysville to order from one as disappointing as pizza hut"

"Weird experience… tried to call in an order around 8:00pm. I was told they were so backed up they were not taking anymore orders for the night. I thought that was weird because they don’t close for another 4 hours… I didn’t mind waiting 2hrs but I never got the option. I saw they were still accepting orders on Uber eats so I ordered 2 pizzas through the app. My order showed up 30min later. Really? I was definitely lied to on the phone. No way are you so backed up that arnt taking anymore orders but can provide 2 pizzas in 30min through Uber eats. Pizza was good. 5 stars for the food. 1 star for customer service."

"I thought I would treat myself to some Pizza Hut tonight... After waiting 30 minutes (which I was ok with) I checked the tracker to see where it was and it said my order was cancelled. So I called the store. They said it was delivered. So now I'm out $30 and still have no food."

"Cheese was barely there. I paid for bread and sauce. The cheese spread on three pizzas was enough to properly cover one... One and a half maybe... The cheese sticks were rock hard and tasted horrible.. most of this food went to the trash"

"Absolute disaster.. is a pizza supposed to look like this!!!!?? Pathetic. There was absolutely nothing to it!! I only chose them because the stuffed crust pizza and I'm completely disappointed. Feeding 4 people and we all feel as if we need another pizza now. I'll update after I call and complain!!! Update:: I was given a credit for a whole new pizza. I do understand that this happens and the way the manager handled it was great! I told her I will be redeeming the free pizza tomorrow and I will update everyone on how that goes! I'm boosting my stars from one to three for the way that she handled the situation, with care and respect."
