"Pros: Family owned, only forklifting, great people, don’t have to wear steel toes, can dress however. Cons: No supervisors or team leaders, owner comes in and says what he wants, pay is very low, no growth in the company, holds back important information. I was at the Bellefontaine warehouses, the people at the warehouses are nice and relaxed. However, while filling out my paperwork for hire I was told I’d be at the new warehouse but instead I had to shuttle between the three warehouses. I was also told I’d be paid weekly but by the way they do things, you don’t get paid for 3 weeks. It’s literally all forklift which is great, and u don’t have to wear steel toes and can dress however. However, there’s no one to report to, goes by seniority. Owner comes in and says I want this. I feel like this company can be so much more if the pay got situated and there was a sense of growth. I mean there’s a woman that’s been there 3 years and has only gotten a dollar raise. There’s a wife and husband there that can’t even go on vacation because the lack of people."
