"Plumber came out (did not seem to be in a good mood) and asked who was paying for the work, when I said me he then said the work to fix a broken pipe under my concrete could cost as much as $20,000 (basically $1,000 a foot). They wanted to replace over 20 feet of pipe tearing up my foyer, closet, and laundry room cause they do not know where the pipe is broken. They suggested I call my insurance company, which I did and that is the last I have heard from them. ( I have tried twice since then to contact them) I ended up calling somebody else that came highly suggested by word of mouth."
