"Vincent was extremely professional and thorough on this service call. He was apologetic that we had to have a second service call for the same issue in a very short time frame. He replaced all of the drum roller bearings as they were obviously bad. The one that was replaced on the previous call was also very suspect as the other three that were bad placed an undue out of balance condition on the one good one. Vince was top notch in my opinion."
