"After spending the money for a brand new ac/heat pump and having it installed. We found that it wasn't working properly. Called Reynolds and was told someone would be out to fix it at no charge. Then received a bill. Making sure everything works is part of the installation. Everything was paid up front by us before anything was ever ordered or installed. Then when I called the company to tell them there had been a mistake with my bill I get yelled at by the “office manager”, Janet when I asked to speak to the owner. Your customer service needs improvement! We will be taking our business elsewhere!"
