"I absolutely love living here! It is the cheapest place on campus and has everything we need. The only thing is that the appliances are not the best but what can you expect from a college townhome. It is very manageable and in a great location. Debbie Davis is also very communicative and does a great job at getting back to emails quickly and providing us with all the information we need."
"I lived at University Townhomes 2 years ago (2!) and nothing in Kent compares for price. Debbie is amazing and communicative. I moved out two years ago and she still responds to emails faster than any one else I know. It's like pulling teeth from my current apartment complex to get a simple form done. (I needed a rental verification form filled out by UTH and my current complex for a new apartment). The townhome was clean, perfect for my friend group, and never a problem to find parking. My roommates and I still talk about how nice it was to live here. We ended up switching properties due to losing 2 roommates on our lease. I recommend University Townhomes to everyone I know looking for a 4 to 5 bedroom apartment with friends. Also, the bus stop is so convenient and you save SO much money by not buying a parking pass for campus. And you save the environment."
