"I have lived here since the beginning of January and don’t have much good to say about it. I subleased from a Facebook ad for a lower than market lease. Took many emails to get the rent adjusted to the correct value. When I requested a parking pass, it was not added to my account. I had to request day of move in and the girl just gave me a sticker and told me to park anywhere. When I received the pass it did not match my addendum. Additionally, while following what was written on the lease, addendum and posted signs, my car was towed for not having a garage pass, which was never mentioned or offered to me to know the difference or availability of multiple passes. Parking pass is over 3x the amount of a campus resident pass. Staff has been unhelpful to remedy the towing issue and is telling me their lack of explanation is my fault. The apartment I moved into was dirty. The bedroom floor was unswept, there was hair on the shower walls, and toothpaste down the front of the sink. It took a whole day of cleaning before I could even move my stuff in. WiFi is finicky and slow. The windows are so thin that during the recent cold front I could feel breeze off it four feet away with blankets over the window. You can also hear all cars passing outside that you might as well sleep outside. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone."

"I remember when this was Latitude at Kent. These were supposed to be owned by the church next door and supposed to be some of the most affordable apartments in Kent. That quickly was derailed and they are now one of the most expensive apartments in Kent and owned by a country based in Singapore. If you are a student please consider just renting a small apartment and furnishing it yourself. You could buy all of your furniture and throw it away when you move out and it still would be cheaper."

"Lived here for two years: The good: they are luxury apartments so they have a lot of space and are very nice. Internet is very fast and there is access points in every apartment. Appliances and furniture are new and modern looking. The front desk staff is the shining light of the apartment they are so nice all the time. The bad: expense parking, aggressive towing, false fire alarms at 10pm. A good chunk of the rooms got taken out by water damage due to a pipe bursting and a fire. Revoked access to the gym with no compensation. Management is legally minded and will not make any concessions without a lawyer. They aren’t nice, but they’re not explicitly mean either. TLDR they are very nice apartments just expect minor inconveniences and to spend a fair bit of money."

"So far I love living here. The staff are so so nice and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are nice and i love hanging out by the pool or doing homework in the outdoor lounge when it’s nice out.The fire alarms do go off a good bit but that’s what happens when a bunch of college kids live in a building lol."

"As an employee that also lives on site I wanted to give myself time to experience things from a resident perspective before leaving a review. I obviously have no issues with the office staff or maintenance as they are my coworkers. I graduated two years ago and am no longer a student so one of my biggest concerns was living with students that are enjoying themselves and living their best college lives. I have no issues with the noise level or experience so far. My favorite amenity is the court yard as I really have no need for the others. I love the fire pit and the new couch is my favorite spot to read and enjoy a cup of coffee. I have lived at a few properties while being a student and I have to say living at Paloma so far has been the best experience I have had with the space, staff, and amenities. Paloma's Maintenance has been the best experience I have had when it comes to Maintenance and the apartments are beautifully sized with gorgeous windows to allow natural light and keep my plants alive. Definitely the biggest closet and bathroom I have had."
