"Management is worthless. When everyou needed something fixed they actually gave us tools and said we could give it a try. The smell of pot is at a constant. The buildings have security doors that dont work, buzzers that dont work correctly. For what is being paid you are getting riped off."

"I lived here from 2018-2021 and never had any issues. My rent was cheap for a 3 bedroom ($1100/month) and all utilities were included except the electric. I never had any issues with the neighbors and felt generally safe in the community. As far as apartments go, these are some of the better ones you get for your money. Sure are there better units…yes, but you will be spending $$$ and then get charged for every little thing. Upon moving out I even had my entire security deposit refunded!"

"Not that bad to live rent wise but with low prices comes lower living standards. The apartment was pretty dirty moving into overall, gunk lines the floorboards with dirty cabinets. The laundry machines are way over priced and don’t dry your clothes (had to buy a drying rack, eventually just went to a laundromat). Don’t expect to get your deposit back. After cleaning the apartment, it somehow cost them $125 to clean the kitchen and they don’t explain how it lead to being that much money. Hallways smell bad. They’ve ignored 4 of my emails I sent recently regarding move out info. If you poke the closet doors they break in half. We had issues with some neighbors and instead of getting the police involved, we contacted management who then made it worse by adding us to a group chat with them without saying anything (awkward). My car got scrapped by their snow plow, thankfully they paid for it’s repairs but it was really inconvenient and had to miss work. They kept patching a ceiling water leak instead of actually repairing so it kept coming back. They came into my apartment once without contacting me the same day I had surgery so I couldn’t get to the door and they came in anyway. Way to many emails about stuff that has nothing to do with tenants."

"One of the best places to stay in Kent. The apartments are great and the management authorities are very nice. They're really cooperative! And their maintenance is great too. Feels like home although I'm here only for sometime for college. Thank you!"

"pros: apartments are good size with lots of storage space, walkable to campus and groceries cons: maintenance is a nightmare - either taking multiple days to fix things or ignoring work orders entirely. We lived with a missing tack strip for a year and all we got from maintenance was that they were "waiting on new parts". There's no security, the doors to the buildings do not close fully, and shared areas are never cleaned. The dryers don't work (even after putting in work orders) and are a genuine fire hazard because they aren't cared for. Could be a nice community but it needs a *lot* of work."
