"I used to live at another off campus apartment complex and love living here much more. The staff is great, maintenance is awesome and responds in a timely manner, everything is kept clean, and I love how the apartments look. As a graduate student, there isn’t much noise compared to other apartments around and I also appreciate the amenities offered. Opting in to covered parking was also a great choice I made, especially for the winter months!"
"This is my second year living at 345 Flats & I am renewing for my senior year. Great apartment location & style wise. Very modern & love the kitchen’s granite countertops. Also cannot beat the high ceilings. So close to downtown and campus. The office hosts events very frequently which are fun (& giveaways at times)! They had a complimentary food truck this year which was new. Also love the new Amazon boxes where i can pick up my packages if they’re not being given to me at front desk!! 10/10 i always recommend students to live here."
