"I lived there in a 1BR apartment for a year and a half till mid-2021. Old apartment complex but good pricing, nice, secure, comfortable and quiet surroundings. Landlady, property manager and maintenance guy take care of their tenants very well; prompt response anytime when you request something."
"All of the old problems have been resolved for the apartments are under new management and ownership. Tammy does a great job to keep the residents happy and maintenance issues addressed very quickly."

"Landlord is insane. After several maintenance issues arose, he became irate when I updated him that the issues were not fixed. He called me a "pain in the ass", a "jerk", and that I could just move somewhere else if I didn't like the way he did things (this has happened on three separate occasions). He also said I was "lucky I didn't get 'SHOT'" for walking into the main office. Apparently this office is also a residence. It would have been nice to know that I'm not supposed to walk into the main office during office hours, yet no one seemed to inform me on any of these important matters. Not worth your stress, money and time."
