"I rented from Buckeye Parks Management for 1 year. The sense of urgency they work with and the care they have for their residents is unmatched. They sent someone out to fix my heat… on Christmas Eve. No that is not a joke. I was astonished and so thankful. Jen at the front desk is the most helpful person you’ll encounter and Mike is an awesome guy who is also incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend renting with them."

"We had such an amazing experience renting through Buckeye Parks Management! The Brownstones were so cute and had so much charm and everything was so well kept for being over a century old building. Jen was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Our last lease needed earlier than what our move in date was supposed to be and she was able to help us move in early without any issues. She was always easy to get ahold of and was great with communicating if you had any questions. We also have a service animal who they were so considerate of when working with us to figure out times to have people tour our apartment so we could be there to take the dog outside. Maintenance was also always on top of fixes and they would always leave early notices if they had to enter the apartment to fix anything. I have no idea where a lot of these other reviews are coming from because our experiences was so great! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only do they charge you for things that are their responsibility according to the lease and Ohio law but they are rude and the entire business is full of nepotism. The maintenance have no idea what they are doing and half the time make things worse and always leave a mess. I had a leaking ceiling and moldy dishwasher that I had to fight for them to fix. If you do have them fix anything they will charge you insane amount of labor fees. It was over $200 when we needed to have a $20 door replaced due to a medical emergency. Lastly my roommates and I spent 7 hours cleaning our place top to bottom when moving out(we were already cleanly people) and we only received 50% of our deposit back. Buckeye parks is sketchy and scummy! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They will try to scam you. I have had friends who have also rented from them with the same problems. I tried to question my deposit refund and they stopped responding to my emails."

"Worst experience ever. Stay away! Nothing but headache. During the duration of my lease, they called me multiple times accusing me of not paying rent. When I explain everything was paid in full and they have the money orders, I get shut down often leading to them talking over me and escalating it to a shouting match were I just hang up on them. After hanging up, they would call me a few minutes later saying that they found it and it was misplaced. The unit I rented constantly leaked during a good thunderstorm, flooding one of the bedrooms and the kitchen, despite multiple work orders, and a clearly clogged gutter that is causing the problem, they only came out once to do repairs because it was coming through the ceiling. The repair was just to put a piece of painted plywood on the ceiling and leave. The unit was an electrical nightmare with live wires dangling from the basement ceiling, to a switch/plug combo being wired with speaker wire, to wires being incorrectly connected leaving exposed wiring at head level. Upon move out, they completely closed down their office due to "move in season" so I had to resort to putting the keys and everything else that was needed in an envelope and drop it into the door drop. I attempted to place multiple phone calls just for confirmation that they have received it and everything was good and I didn't hear back til a week after the move out date. One of the head employees said the apartment was in immaculate condition with the exception of some soap scum in the bathtub. I finally received my security deposit back and $200 of it was taken due to repairs and cleaning. The cleaning included standard vacuuming and basic maintenance that every rental agency needs to do before a new tenant (not due to my negligence), and for a light bulb replacement of which the socket wasn't operational due to them fixing the switch with speaker wire. If you like stress and a unit that is in an unlivable condition, this is the rental agency for you."

"I’m kind of shocked to see some of these reviews- I moved in 2 years ago and had a great experience with Jenny. Every time I needed a repair she sent someone out, never more than a day or two, always had someone check on the smoke detectors etc. and always had notice in writing before someone entered. Not to mention they were nice enough to let me rent with a cat. My cousin rented a room in Akron/another college town, so I came into it prepared. I can’t say that I was disappointed at all. Jenny was really professional and considerate, and I won’t hesitate to rent from them again when I return next semester!"
