Avant 220 Kent

"I have only been here a few days out of a year's lease (as of July 2023) so room for this review to change of course. For one, the apartments themselves are modern and I would even say luxury for college housing. I am in my last semester at college but I plan to also begin my professional career while living at Avant 220. These apartments are definitely geared more towards last year college students, grad students, and even young professionals. This is good because less of the younger immature college parties blasting music and heavy drinking. I have the studio apartment (they call a micro-suite) and although small in square footage, I still feel as though I have enough space. Caroline at the office has also been very pleasant to work with and in general the management seems to be very accommodating and want to make your stay comfortable. The reason not five stars is that weekends are extremely loud downtown, bars blasting loud music until 3am, loud motorcycles, and occasional drunk people screaming. Also, additional early morning noises like extremely loud garbage truck and construction. That said though, the location being right downtown is kind of fun because it puts you within walking distance to a lot of fun restaurants, cafes, and stores. Overall so far my experience has been pretty good."

"Avant has by far been my favorite place I have lived at in college. The best thing about living here is the location. Being downtown you are close to everything and the environment is so fun. Caroline, the leasing manager, does her job so well. She is very helpful, friendly, and quick. If I have ever had a problem it would be resolved quickly. Couldn’t be more happier with living here."

"Love living here! The location is perfect and the staff is sooo friendly! Caroline, leasing management, is awesome and always helps whenever you need. Our cleaners are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met! Always check with me when I see him in the halls if I’m having any issues. The windows are my favorite part about the apartment :)"
